Hiromi Uozaki
Ms. Uozaki established Enkatsu, Ltd. in Tokyo in October 1997. Since then she has worked as a consultant both for Japanese companies and for international organizations including universities and graduate schools.

Previous to establishing Enkatsu, Ms. Uozaki worked as a manager at Burson-Marsteller in Tokyo until August 1997.

Ms. Uozaki also worked as a guide and administrative assistant at Expo. '84, the Louisiana World Fair in New Orleans, and at the Tsukuba Science Exposition in 1985. After the Tsukuba Science Exposition, she joined Recruit Co. Ltd., a publishing company, as a member of their Remote Computing Service division.

In 1986, she moved to the United Kingdom to study English, attending Cambridgeshire College of Arts and Technology (now Anglia Polytechnic University) and in 1987, the University of Cambridge, where she earned a certificate degree in economics.

Ms. Uozaki is a graduate of Yokohama National University (Yokohama Kokuritsu Daigaku), with an undergraduate degree in engineering. Upon graduation, she worked for two years at the U.S.- Asiatic Company as a computer information researcher.
